Dorama Ouroboros - Kono Ai Koso, Seigi | Ikuo (diperankan oleh Toma Ikuta dan Tatsuya (diperankan oleh Shun Oguri) adalah anak yatim. Mereka tinggal di rumah Mahoroba. Saat sekolah dasar, Ikou dan tatsuya di rawat oleh guru yuko yang sudah seperti kakak kandung mereka. Tapi kemudian, guru tersebut tewas tepat di hadapan mereka.
Ikou dan Tatsuya memberitahu polisi apa yang mereka lihat, tapi kaksus ini di tutupi oleh polisi yang mengenakan jam tangan emas. Lima belas tahun kemudian, Ikou bekerja sebagai seorang detektif. Ia adalah orang baik yang paling tangkas di kantor polisi. Ouruboros Sub indo | Sementara Tatzua, dengan penampilannya yang tampan dan juga pintar menjadi Yakuza peringkat tinggi.
Namun, kedua orang ini memiliki tujuan yang sama. Yaitu berusaha untuk menemukan orang yang memakai jam tangan emas dan berusaha untuk mengali kebenaran juga mengungkapkan sisi gelap dari organisasi kepolisian.
